I have been reading that certain lights can help or cure Psoriasis as well as other skin conditions. (as well as aging skin :)]
One of them is a red led light, the other I see advertized is a UVB narrow band light.
I was wondering if anyone had tried them.

Also have any of you had any luck with the essential oils: Omega 3 & 6?
