please back this up though:

apologies in advance. My computer, with all my files, is on the fritz. on hubby's laptop right now. The reason that I ask for back-up is that those points can be argued... :)

I have read that iodine vapors can cause fluid buid-up in the lungs. therefore, caution, absolutely.
