I used Lithium Ion, 9v 400 mAh batteries, so about 10 hours.
I generally change the batteries after work, so about 9 hours.

2 hours a day just keeps the pathogens low enough to suppress the symptoms.

Read the section in the Beck protocol handbook on immortal blood closely, it says 18 hours for 3 months.
