like cora said, i dismissed this idea as unnecessarily risky some time ago.

it wasnt my idea. someone came on my forum and talked about it like it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. well, i could see that happening and i am a suc*** for a anecdote so i decided to check it out myself. it wasnt until i was actually doing it that my spidey senses went off.

i have slept a lot since then and feel way better. i think there is something super colossal healing in doing this.
