sounds like a healing crisis. you will know soon because you will continue to feel better overall and not worse. sleep if you can. i think its a step toward healing the adrenals and other glands. they get a break because all of a sudden, what will do the job is less than what they are making. ah, sweet rest.

coming up on two weeks with this thing. it is tenacious. the experience is confirming to me everything i know about human health. i am giddy with delight that i have had no need for a doctor and no way shall i, lord willing and i dont bust my a$$ doing something.

man, self medicine is an art. i cant imagine letting someone else recreate me in their image. the whitecoats are nothing but merchants of death.
