I have all the classic symptoms of adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid, definitely fits the Calcium Shell pattern. My Ca level is 130%, not as bad as the 200% stated in the article though.

I also have a slightly elevated Phosphorus level (both blood and hair) and a very low Molybdeum (hair only, blood not tested) level. I'm not sure if those are co-related.

I didn't know Espom salt bath would help Mg deficiency. I thought it'd draw toxics out of the body rather than injecting nutrients into the body.
