As for your allergies, this is what I have recently discovered after suffering from allergies for over 2 decades.

I am 99.99% certain that my allergies (pennicilin, sulpha drugs, yeast, beer, mold, some cheeses, processed foods (contain yeast compounds), breads, wines and of course, anytime mold is present in nature) are from chronic overgrowth of candida yeast.

Brought on by SAD, too many antiobiotics (strep/kidneys) and vaccinations. Plus the prevalence of yeast/molds in our foods.

I had some success of removing allergies after finding raw ACV and raw, local honey, but still had IBS and intolerance to things like beer.

After finding Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (magic mineral solution), I have dropped 10 pounds in a month, lost 100% of all Sugar cravings and cannot stand the taste of HFCS or processed foods, and I can drink beer again! All without itchy eyes, runny noses.

Oh yeah, no more semi-annual kidney infections either.

I found your post as I am looking into adding Iodine because Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can deplete the body of this vital nutrient (plus I do not ever use table salt , nor eat much processed foods).
