Hi, PSG,

It sounds to me like you are getting a good handle on what critters 'are'.

In my limited experience, I've read that the 'white rice' thingies may be tapeworm eggs...but tapeworms may be the short kind (dog tapeworms?), or the beef tapeworms that can grow to many feet.

Sections containing eggs may break off either kind, and, I guess that the rice grain eggs could break free from the covering of the 'section'. ...But, that is only a guess.

I saw a number of these for a short while in my first cleanse. Mistakenly I assumed they 'were' rice grains, until I realized that, since I was obviously digesting my food, there is no way any rice I ate would still look like it, at the nether end of of the digestive tract.

I, too, get the 'corn kernels'...though mine are larger than yours, I believe. That's what I thought they were until the day I examined one.

It had a short tail! ...Unlike any real corn kernel I have ever seen.

And, it was tougher than any corn I have ever eaten. That's when I realized how tough parasites can be...especially if they died somewhere closer to the exit.

Someone else pointed out that visible parasites (about 30% of the total are visible), increase in size and change color and shape as they grow. They may also 'nest' in one way or another. Some seem to gather in balls of some kind of 'fluffy' mucus, and appear to grow 'legs' as the baby critters emerge.

We are told that young liver flukes are pink, and then grow through other colors as they continue their cycles. Apparently they are thick, maybe even somewhat triangular in cross-section, and seem to break down into a 'skin' after they die...even rolling up to look like a 'stick'.

The few 'skins' I saw were small, flat, red, and square.

They floated to the side of the bowl.

Dead parasites apparently may be anywhere in or on the stool. I once saw five 'seeds' clustered on the outside of stool...almost in a 'bouquet'...very puzzling.

Other 'seeds' have shown up as discolored singles, even outside the anus. I've wondered if they actually were seeds that had become lodged somewhere for a while.

I've also seen bits of 'cottage cheese', peeping out of stool, and other things I've forgotten. There is no way any bit of real cottage cheese will get that far, white.

I found three smallish ascaris coiled in a loop in the entrance to the vagina. Now, where in the world did they come from, since surgery has closed that route?

Catching urine in a chamber pot, I saw about a dozen 'snippets of dark red thread', over several times. They were squarish ended, exactly as if they had been cut with scissors, and all were exactly the same length, 1/4 inch. One was 1/2 inch and a little 'raggedy', as though it had been dead longer.

One day I passed two distinctly different pasty 'deposits', at different times.

The first was a dirty white color, and came with a small amount of usual stool at either end.

The second one was a light-colored pistachio green (???), had no usual stool with it, and was dotted with 'poppy seeds' on the outside.

(I think I had taken a small dose of a magnesium oxide mixture I had been sold...with a spoonful of lemon juice, in hot water. I hate the stuff...far too harsh, especially in swallowing.)

Today I am going to look up about 'black specks' floating free in the toilet.

They seem to be only the thin skins of something, the size, color, and shape of poppy seeds...and they've been showing up, a few at a time, for months.

Someone thought that 'poppy seeds' are small bits of parasite poop, encapsulated in some way by our bodies.

I pressed on one free-floating 'poppy seed', yesterday; it contained only water, and rolled up as a thin skin.

I have been wondering if these things aren't the famous 'chaff' at the end of liver-flushing. I don't know.

Oh yes, I saw one 1 1/2 inch intestinal fluke (?), from broken stool. It was a light brown color and slightly fatter at one end...very dead.

Then there are a couple of 'things' that prickle sharply in my facial skin, and move on when they are rubbed.

That's just about all I can remember, although I haven't told of several others I feel in my body.

Some say there are at least 1,000 types of parasites, plus all their different stages, and preferences of locations.

It may be impossible to identify them by name...especially since we don't usually consult with parasitologists.

By chance, I found there is a lab in a town down the road from us that specializes in parasite morphology...the way parasites change as they go from one stage of growth to another...and the way they adapt when presented with different surroundings than usual. ...We could start eating cilantro, or fresh minced ginger, in our food, even small amounts...and parasites would adapt, according to their preferences.

I've thought of visiting this lab...but I saw that scientists tend to specialize. ...Like some focus on specific varieties of fish...or coddling moths...or molds...just as some doctors specialize in specific symptoms, or ailments, or parts of the body.

Some parasites even need to be in an entirely different creature, for a while in their life cycle.

As Yul Bryner used to say, "'Tis a puzzlement!"

My best guesses begin with hunches, and experiments, something the same as you, PSG. I like your thinking!

I would dearly love to find out exactly what certain parasites like to eat, and don't...and sock it to them with glee!

But, no one tells, if they know...except by plodding self-experimentation...then we still don't know if it will be the same for another person, or parasite, or remedy.

I feel two consolations, maybe three...

...I am strangely uninterested in dead parasites. 'Out' just feels so much better.

...I am having success with the word 'release'. I just tell myself that word, usually as I am falling asleep, and it works...on long-buried emotions, too. The short 'remembering' period is brief, and always entirely different than I had expected. And, it doesn't 'hurt' like I thought it would.

...My favorite 'general' cleanses, like my 1% natural crystal mineral salts bath, erase symptoms of many kinds. They just vanish...forgotten.

I really like my 'forgetter'...nearly as much as I like my 'noticer'.

My best, PSG. I think you are doing marvelously.

Fledgling
