drank three tall glass of water and now feel much better. i may have just been dehydrated.

note to self - be sure to drink plenty of water when chelating with DMPS!!

so, i skipped my ten o clock dose which means i am off schedule now. so i will wait a few days. how long should i wait before starting back up again?

meanwhile i may consider actually lowering my does from 12.5 mg to 6 mg. the problem is that these capsules are small, divying up 12 mg into halves is not going to be easy.

dang! and i thought i was getting caps that were too small. they would have gladly made up smaller doses for me at the pharmacy, i just figured 12.5 would be small enough.

in the meantime, before i start back up, maybe i should do a kidney cleanse? couldn't hurt.

one thing is for sure - DMPS moves mercury! or possibly it was the lead that was bothering me (DMPS chelates both mercury and lead). impossible to know really.
