Some years ago I slipped on a moss covered boat ramp and my hip was headed for a crash into the concrete that could easily have broken it when I instinctively reached out with my left hand and grapped the handle to the boat winch.  Adrenaline must have kicked in because with just my left arm I was able to stop my fall only a scant inch or two from my hip hitting the concrete and pull myself back up . . .but when I did it I felt thing pull all the way from my neck and through my shoulder/rotator cuff.

The injury bothered me ever since to greater and lesser degrees until I was reunited with my friend from years past who was now the owner of Utopia Silver.  He told me what he took to help with an old knee injury from high school and some arthrities:
