I do not know about wormwood tree bark. Around here we seem to have bushes. I guess I would probably pulverize it into a powder with coffee grinder, strain it through tea strainer and put in capsules. Start with a tiny little itsty bitsy bit as you never know how strong things like this can be. Also, I would ask the guy I bought it from. What is it for?
