Thanks for the links.
I am taking garlic and ginger but will make sure to increase it.
I can certainly do the hot/cold foot baths but not sure if I can handle putting cayenne pepper in the foot bath since I have so many cuts and cracks in my feet. That has got to hurt. I will try though.
