I do not have personal experience with this, but heard that it is important to be monitored for homone level fluctuations and have the formulation adjusted to your needs accordingly from time to time.
Have you heard this same information?
Even from the start, it is suppossed to be adjusted until the right 'mix' (for lack of a better word here) is attainded.
Maybe stop by a compounding pharmacy and they can guide you?
They're the type that will mix their own formulas as per your prescribed personal levels.
You can read Suzanne Somers new book - It is supposed to have a lot of information on bio-identical hormone supplementation.

(If you are in the NY area - this group above is offering a free infoseminar.)
Also, http://www.womentowomen.com/ website is dedicated to women's hormonal issues (naturally) and has lots of info and an 800 number for questions. One of the founders, Dr. Christiane Northtrop - also has books on the subject that may help you in your quest.
I hope that you find a solution and get back to radiant health.
