Breast Cancer is mostly caused by too much estrogen as well as the awfull toxins in the environment. Cancer will only axcelerate in an acidic ph balance. Most reputable cancer researchers will tell you if you put a tumor in alcoline enviroment it will dissappear in 3 hrs.

Most cancers will die if you make your system alkaline - ph 7 ish. Schulze's news letters will prove that as well from his customer tried and tested view's.

bioidentical hormones just help to creat a better balance and progesterone is more protective against cancer. I have known only one woman that did not need much help with her hormone levels and she was blessed with good genes and good liver function.

breast tenderness - too much estrogen for sure.

"continue menstruating into their 50's, 60's" etc,.. this does not happen just because you take progesterone cream. you can only menstruate if there is enough estrogen left over (plus if you have any eggs left to release?).

I found nuts digest better when you make a spread like pesto for instance without the chesse.

Salmon - make it does not have any colourants in it and better if naturally produced from fresh water farm. Any fish from the sea is so loaded with mercury these days I would not trust any of it anymore.
Have you tried the dried seaweads? kelp/dulse etc,.. from Good place like maine coast veg? for more natural Iodine etc,..
