I also started with bad problems at age 15. I got to thinking about why and I think there are lots of hormonal things going on when you are a teenager. Maybe its a liver thing? I know my liver is genetically weak so I figure with all my hormonal stuff going on around this age it had a hard time....plus rounds and rounds of Antibiotics .
