Hi,
I had foliculitis on my back for years. I tried everything but eventually went for the epsom salt bath option and it really worked. After 2 weeks it was miles better but I was told to do it for 2 months to make sure it didn't come back so it can get quite expensive.  This stuff from amazon is quite cheap and 2kg can last a month if you don't have too much water in the treatment bath.

You can get it cheaper on ebay, but I'm never quite sure that it's the real deal.

3 months after my last epsom bath and i'm still clear so fingers crossed
