Hey

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. I just noticed that this form also deals with budwig protocol.

I have a couple of questions in regard to that protocl.

Can one use borage, Evening Primrose, and/or black currant seed oil in place of or in addition to the flax oil in this protocol?

I ask this because some people need GLA in their diet and they don't properly convert ALA to GLA.

Would these other oils be best combined with sulfur protein (like cotage cheese) just like the flax oil is?
