Remember from the Liver Support Forum, epsom salts are magnesium sulfate. They work by pulling extra water into the intestinal tract (opposite of being constipated). Magnesium citrate capsules are more pleasant, but a tablespoon of epsom salts in a glass of water (don't forget to hold your nose while drinking - lol) should solve your constipation problem.

Epsom salts are probably available where you are.
