I grab mine from a nearby healthfood store where I can read all the ingredients. It looks like it doesn't have anything bad in it. It's fresh made there so it should only have natural sodium or the amount added by the salt. I don't add extra salt but unless I make everything at home, some things will have salt so I just try to keep it minimal and avoid it when I can.
