Thanks for that! So could it be then that a healthy and well nourished thin person who fasts would experience... lets call it "mild" true hunger for the first few days of the fast, then perhaps no hunger, white tongue etc... then eventually, when the reserves are used up... "severe" true hunger? That would make sense. Maybe I will find out one day, we'll see.
