I took Bentonite internally while I did The Master Cleanse. I had good results except that my blood pressure actually went up during the cleanse. I found out that Bentonite is not recommended internally for one who has high blood pressure. I read that clay packs are recommended externally for high blood pressure. Please advise me as to where to purchase the clay that you will be using for the soaks and can I use it for the clay packs. I checked out my local health foood store for the clay but it is expensive.
