Thanks for replying.
I have already been to a doctor and been diagnosed as prediabetic so I have an understanding that this may well be a circulation problem. The doctor wanted to put me on medication with a variety of side effects and I'm not having any of that.
I was wondering if someone else had the same issues and what they have done about it.
