Thanks for your message. Yes I will keep at it. I've had to wait a bit due to a course of Antibiotics to cure a massive tooth/throat strep infection from around the time of the flush, but at least I'm feeling healthy (on a vegan diet and daily swims!). Will keep you posted. Thanks.
