Dear Tracey, Kelly, Joe and Julia,

Thank you so much for responding. I still fel pretty bleck. My husband and I have decided to do one of the flushes. Today we are on liquids, then 4 days of unfiltered apple juice. After that, the olve oil/lemon flush. Hope we've got it figure out right! I was doing okay yesterday and this morning but today I felt pretty bleck. Pulled a muscle in my neck/chest (either that or I just had a heart attack and didn't realise it). Ugh!!! My husband has been in and out of all kinds of alternative stuff his whole life and has a good attitude so hopefully he wil help reel me in from this catastrophizing thinking. It's probably blasphemy but I don't like thinking about health stuff, it just makes me worry TERRIBLY. Thank you again and whatever I do I will keep you posted.
