I couldn't agree more. Of course, you understand that I was talking about using the opportunity to read your frustration with someone and deal with it, perhaps more easily, than it would be to do in physical life. In no way do I condone lashing out at anyone, anywhere, anytime. It's a pet peeve of mine - so what is my lesson? Same. Compassion, understanding, forgiveness. I'm trying to deal with that one in 2009. To love the angry and mean people, too. It's a tough one.
