wow, a very interesting life you have had. Hollywood diet, what is that? I use to weigh 215 pounds and had a heart attack and the doc told me I had to loose weight, I did not listen but slowly did and I was always sick and never knew why. I loved junk food. Then before my husband died he told me it is cheaper to go on a diet then go to the doctor. So when he died I lost 50 pounds and I got down further when I came to curezone. So diet is essential to being healthy.

I so enjoy all of your post and I so enjoy all of your stories, I think I am so blessed to have you as one of my top favorite posters. Really I am blessed by your ultimate presence.
