I did a liver cleanse about three weeks ago and it was quite successfull, meaning I got out a lot of stuff. IN the meantime, I have had a sinus infection for the same amount of time, it's getting much better though.

My question is do many of you pull out stuff AFTER the cleanse and for how long?

I have been getting out these yellow things ranging in size from a grain of rice to a large grape. The color is pale yellow to a very rich yellow. For the past three days I have felt a big tightness across my belly, from hip to hip. It kind of feels "crampy". I have NEVER had this sensation before and am wondering what's going on?? Is it because my intestines have been in overdrive for the past three weeks?
Are the yellow things stones? They are not hard, but gel-like. And, what is chaff?? I've heard some people talk about this.
