Hi l*u*l*u*- what do you mean by "wacked out" cortisol levels- real high or real low. Because if your cortisol is on the high end you will have more cushing's type syndrome w/ a puffy moon face and general puffy looking appearence all over. Also around C7 the most prominent buldging vertebra in your neck you would have fluid build up.
