I have a servere recurring infection and inflammation in my urinary area. The Antibiotics that I take arent helping and the pain and burning remains. I have heard about natural Antibiotics like olive leaf extract and grape leaf extract and a spice called oregino spelling is off. Whats your opinion of these? what other ones do you reccommend i take? Can you give me a list of the best natural Antibiotics i should use and whats your opinion of d-mannose? i have heard that cranberry can make the problem worse if you have cystitis is this true? which ones can i take together or seperately and what dose should each one be? thanks alot fr
