wow that is great. I will make that. I think castor oil is very strong. I have to try and get some coconut oil.

I was wondering because after fasting I do not want to go back to my old lifestyles. I fast 2 days a week normally well in Islamic fashion. I do not have food or water till sunset. So not a total fast. So every quarter, that makes sense. Thanks so much.
