What makes you think I'm dehydrated? You're probably right. I've been drinking up more diligently and try to work my way up to 6, 7 glasses of water. I'm only 102lb. So, 8 glasses is tough now considered that I kinda inactive. I suppose I need to wait on the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) which could make me even more dehydrated.

I've been off enema and suppository for the last four days. Fortunately, still going once a day. It's not ideal, but it's acceptable. I know that you need to work yourself up to 2/3 bowel movements a day before you can do many of the cleanses, right?
