Take comfort in knowing that no human, not even Dr. Shelton, knows or knew everything. It doesn't upset me a bit. I will go on with what I do know and that is I don't have to fast to completion just because Shelton says so. I am just getting too much benefit from the short fasts to be lead astray by someone in the know.
