It's hard not to think of supplementation when when available food sources are laking so much.

I do plan on planting my own foods besides the wheat grass I'm growing. I might start sprouting other foods like sunflower or alfalfa, but the rest of the stuff I have to wait until spring to plant and even later till harvest. Even then, the amount I will be able to grow and harvest will be limited. I still got to go to the grocery store for my food, either way.

Thanks again for your insight. I'm starting to understand more and more, but I guess I'm a slow learner.
