Hi again. Just thought I'd mention also that it seems that I cannot eat starch and acid combinations. I love coffee with a gluten-free muffin and also enchiladas with corn tortillas. But these things have been giving me a problem. Very minor compared to the past. Just thought I'd mention it in case you are eating acidic fruits like oranges or grapefruits with any starch/grain.
