F2G: Awesome self discovery and answer for squeak. How great it is to know that our body tells us what to do. If we follow that it works.

squeak: IMO you should do one Liver Flush before fasting. After fast completion, refeed with organic foods and then one month later do another flush. If you can do all other cleanses, like colon and kidney cleanse, it will help tremendously. Then periodic small fasts and/or juice fasts will be great for you.

BEST PART IS THAT YOU KNOW THE CHEMICAL DRUGS ARE NOT THE ANSWER AND HURTING YOU MORE.

Good Luck. You have embarked on a right path, journey is long though.
