Sauerkraut is an excellent source of friendly bacteria; as long as it hasn't been pasteurized. You fed yourself a lot of bacteria. I'm not aware of a "cure" though.

If your Candida has produced Leaky Gut Syndrome, you could be reacting to those bacteria in your bloodstream.
