Please listen to what Tracey just posted. Read, no devour all you can on this site. I must tell you a BIGGIE for me what getting SCARED. It finally dawned on me that I was hyper ventilating. It makes things so much worse. Calm down, breath into a pillow if you have to. Your oxygen, carbon dioxide is way off. Did you ever hear "breath into a paper bag"? It works. Your heart can race from it, light headedness, etc. It sounds like you have a long way to go, but are on the right track. If you get the systen UNCLOGGED the body will come back 150%! Stick with it and it WILL get BETTER.
