Hello Squeak,

I was also on antidepressants, as well as medications for bipolar disorder. I quit cold turkey taking everything, i was fed up with doctors telling me i was crazy and that i could have horrible side effects by quitting the drugs.

I should have never been on them to start with. Changing my eating habits and doing 10 day periodic fasts, I cured my depression. I no longer have moments of confusion, i no longer cry for days, i no longer need nor will i ever take any sort of psychotic drugs again. ever.

People can argue with me 24/7 but i stick to the fact that any and all problems i was having was doubled by the toxic foods i was consuming, the massive amounts of sugars and caffeine, it was small every day annoyances that turned into huge issues over a period of time because i was leading a very toxic lifestyle.
