I have just figured out that the lower back pain I suffer from is kidney issues. I figured it out because I started doing a kidney flush before a Liver Flush and had the worst lower back pain of my life. After I urinated it got better and after I stopped the kidney flush herbs, the pain went away completely. I thought I needed to go to the chiro, but NO. When I take my kidney flush herbs I have horrible lower back pain, urinate a ton and retain a bunch of water, my eyes get puffy, gain a pant size, the whole nine yards. What do I do? Do I continue drinking my parsley tea?

I'm trying to conquer my candida and need to cleanse my kidneys but I don't know if what I'm doing is hurting or helping.

Help?
