I just saw the post for the iherb magnesium/potassium aspartate, with taurine. Thanks for finding that. I got my order in this morning--with Ornithine, IP6, Lysine, pharma Vitamin C, oh! and Nordic Naturals, cod liver oil capsules instead of the bottle that has to be refrigerated that I can never remember to take! I'm thinking that not taking it regularly (not at all the past few months)has been an important factor (missing link) too.
