It might just be too much salt and magnesium. Try and rehydrate with some sweet drinks adn just take it easy.

If there is any kind of blockage, the pain will properly be more localised around the gall area. But my advice would be to NOT do another flush until you have rehydrated properly and see if that is the problem.
