Thank you for the responses. I do have gas, bloating, and constipation when I eat. I did see a G.I. specialist last year. He prescribed 3 months worth of laxatives because he said my small intestines are clogged? I'm guessing he meant mucoid plaque? Of course I threw the scriipt away. Any thoughts on the mucoid plaque thing and what if I feel fine after the 3rd day of the juice fast would it be safe to try to take a little further or is it your rule to stop at 3 when underweight?
About the herb capsules, what if I empty the capsules and make a tea from them? would I still have trouble absorbing the nutrients that way?
I will look up the Paul Bragg book, thank you.
