I tried it in combination with another supplement program, but its hard to say whether it did anything for me. I removed the powder from the capsule and swallowed because I dont think the capsule was being digested. Still I dont know if it made any difference. My lithium level on a follow up hair mineral analysis made no change. Its still very very very low.
