I bought mine at a webstore in Norway called Telemark Urtebrenderi, they're adress is http://www.myrra.no
but the site is in Norwegian.

The neem oil consisted 5% Manuka oil.
I have tried it for a couple of days, it seems like its not that painful anymore but not seen anything else yet.

If you email Vishnu najan in the company Vanashree Agrotech located in India they can ship you the neem oil, it cost 120 USD per kg in sample...
Or 6 USD in bulk, but probably you must order a lot.
