Thanks for the reply. Not sure what my recent health woes can be attributed to, maybe overloading creatine (I took different kinds, phosphagen HP, creatine monohydrate by itself, etc).

I did stop taking creatine a few years ago, so I feel there may be other issues causing my recent health problems. I will say that over the last six weeks, I have done a little cleansing, have worked on my diet, added some supplements, and my overall feeling of health has gone from about 50% to 80%.
