Your question: I also would like to hear moreless opinion on fasting or juice fasting.
Have done some already, the longest was 11 days on juice and water.

Answer: As refreshed mentioned the Quality or Lack of Quality of the Juices used may have a Big Bearing on the outcome?

It may be Good to give our body a break from stuffing it full of food all the time !

This is WHY I trained my children that they had to drink a glass of water 1st thing in the morn, for this gets the system working and helps Flush out the Excess Acids that may have built up overnite !
