I wanted to try and use pure walnut oil instead of olive oil as this smells a lot better. Has anyone ever tried this and had good results?

Also as my last/2nd flush ( weekend just gone ) didnt produce a single stone, is it ok to do another one so soon? I was thinking about only using just over half the recommended Epsom Salts in the clarkes plan?

I have also been waking up with a rough stomach for the last couple of weeks.....I take it this is G/B related?

Any posts on this subject very welcome!
