Hey Xenia Bea, how is the fasting going? Do you do it alone or with the ML drinks? I have not heard of alot of talk here about fasting but would be interested in knowing more from ML's point of view. I use to do 1 day a week fasting which I thought was very helpful. What article where you referring to? Hope your fast goes well. :)
