It's probably mostly bile. When you throw-up, your body opens up the valve between the intestines and stomach, and everything comes out! The olive oil flush stimulates lots of bile to be released (but probably not much stomach acid), so it makes sense that if you vomit after a flush it would be mostly bile that would come out.
