I am not a doctor, I am a third year medical student however. Due to my condition, I have taken an interest in disorders of the follicle. As I still see you have doubts, you have the exact clinical picture of Dissecting Cellulitis and not FD. I am sure any derm with experience in scarring alopecia would be able to diagnose it on the spot.
